What’s your return policy?

This is important. Products ordered from (the) Standard Mall are not returnable or exchangeable. We do not offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by clicking here.

 

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers who receive items different than what they ordered or items that are damaged. If those scenarios apply, please click here to contact us and let us know what happened. We cannot offer refunds for the wrong size or color.

Please be aware that colors in photos on our site when viewed through your device might not exactly match colors in real life.

 

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we cannot offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit best, check out our Size Guide and measure yourself.

The best way to know if something will fit great is to see if you already have shirts, hoodies, or hats that are the same brand we sell.

See if you have something identical, or ask a friend if they have a Bella+Canvas 3001 shirt (or whatever you're ordering). That's the best way to know what size is right.
