Shipping FAQ and policy
When will I get my order?
It typically takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order before it’s shipped.
To reduce our environmental impact and warehousing costs, we print your item(s) after you place your order. Once printing and packaging are complete, we’ll ship it to you.
Shipping time depends on your location, what you ordered, and how efficiently shipping carriers are operating.
Approximate delivery times:
• USA: 3–4 business days
• Europe: 6–8 business days
• Australia: 2–14 business days
• Japan: 4–8 business days
• Other locations: 10–20 business days
For example, if you live in the United States, your order should arrive about 6–11 days after you place it (3–7 days printing + 3–4 days shipping).
Where will my order ship from?
We work with a fulfillment company that has facilities in several locations across North America and Europe.
We always try to ship from the location closest to your delivery address to save time and reduce emissions. This isn't always possible, but we try.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
Tariffs, taxes, and customs seem to be changing every day in certain parts of the world, so if we can avoid that uncertainty by shipping from nearby, we will do that.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please do the following:
• Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
• Ask your local post office if they have your package
• Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them (sure, it's scary to talk to people, but you can do it!)
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us, click here and include your order number.
We cannot offer a replacement or refund if the shipping address was incorrect.
I received a incorrect or damaged product. What should I do?
Hey, man. We're sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. But we're here to help.Click here to contact within a week of when you received it.
Tell us what happened. Include your order number and any other relevant details. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible. We may ask you to send photos of the item so we can make sure it doesn't happen again.
Return policy
What’s your return policy?
We do not offer returns and exchanges. Be very careful which size you pick. If there is something wrong with your order (for example, if it is not what you ordered) please let us know by clicking here.
The exact location of the printed designs on the products may vary between sizes, and may vary from the photos on our website.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive items different than what they ordered or items that are damaged. If one of those scenarios applies, please click here to contact us and let us know what happened. We cannot offer refunds for the wrong size or color.
Please be aware that colors in photos on our site when viewed through your device might not exactly match colors in real life.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we cannot offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit best, check out our Size Guide and measure yourself.
If you're really unsure, look at the brand and model number of the item you're ordering, then look through your closet to see if you have something identical, or as a friend if they have a Bella + Canvas 3001 shirt (or whatever you're ordering). That's the best way to know what size is right.
